Herbal Consults

Consults take place face-to-face or online, using a secure virtual platform, based on your location and preference.

Consults can offer support and information on incorporating herbs, spices and foods into your daily life to support/promote a healthy lifestyle, and to gently address imbalances in health. Consults look different at every stage of your fertility/ motherhood journey. 

During these appointments, your health history, personal preferences for your health/lifestyle, and symptoms (if present) will be discussed.

General information including incorporating herbal foods, holistic nutrition, movement and other recommendations may be shared in the initial visit.

Follow-up will include a specific plan of recommendations, based on information obtained during your initial intake, to address issues of importance to you.

Hands-on learning with regard to preparing herbal preparations and/or food preparation may be included, if appropriate.

Herbal consults are intended to be supportive and educational, and will be tailored to address your personal life choices for health promotion, maintenance or lifestyle changes. We strongly recommend you share all your herbal practices with your licensed health care provider.

Consultation with follow up- $100

Clients receive a health history form, which they are asked to complete at least 48 hours prior to their appointment. At the first appointment, we discuss your responses and I will explore your concerns/interests that brought you to seek an herbal consult. At the second meeting, which is scheduled 3-5 days later, I provide an custom emailed list of options for you to consider, based on what you indicated as your concerns/interests. The first appointment lasts 60-90 minutes, and the second lasts 45-60 minutes. If you desire to purchase herbs or have a custom herbal product blended for you, those costs are additional and vary depending on type of preparation (tea, salve, liniment, tincture, etc.).

Brief consultation – $50

Clients receive a health history form, which they are asked to complete at least 48 hours prior to their appointment. At the consultation, we briefly review your responses and I provide some initial options for you to consider, based on what you indicated as your concerns/interests. The appointment lasts about 45-60 minutes. If you desire to purchase herbs or have a custom herbal product blended for you, those costs are additional and vary depending on type of preparation (tea, salve, liniment, tincture, etc.).
